Weighing in... and after a little over a week of calorie counting and making a conscious effort to exercise I am down 7 lbs.

::does happy dance:: (Hey, that's exercise, too!)

    What do you think had the most impact?
    • I think it's a combo (calories, water consumption and exercise) but the regular exercise is really helping -- thank YOU!
